Option 1: ISLAND CONDOS
From Island Condos:
- Fully renovated and lowest cost
- Fully furnished double rooms with day or bunk beds. Some have private terraces.
- Washer and dryer in each unit.
- Bi-weekly cleaning service for common areas.
- Rooftop and outdoor recreational areas.
- Gated community with evening security guards.
- All units have wi-fi and LCD TV.
- Shuttle to downtown DC, walking distance to Brookland-CUA metro stop on the Red Line
- Rent Term: as short as 1 month, as long as 12 months
